Terms of Service
Welcome to Atlyst. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Atlyst website and application at atlyst.ai (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Atlyst ("we," "us"). We intend to form Atlyst, LLC, and upon its formation these Terms and the operation of the Service will be assigned to Atlyst, LLC automatically and without further notice.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Atlyst is
Atlyst is a channel-intelligence platform for the creator economy. It analyzes publicly available YouTube channels and videos — statistics, transcripts, comments, and metadata — and presents rankings, summaries, and insights. Atlyst is currently invite-only and under active development; features may change, break, or be removed at any time.
2. YouTube and third-party content
Atlyst uses YouTube API Services. By using Atlyst you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. All video content, channel names, thumbnails, and statistics displayed in Atlyst belong to their respective creators and to YouTube; Atlyst links back to the original content on YouTube. Atlyst's analyses, scores, and summaries are our own derived work product and are provided for informational purposes only.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or place unreasonable load on the Service.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk-export, or redistribute data from the Service beyond the export features we provide for your own use.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or probe, disrupt, or overload the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, including YouTube's Terms of Service.
5. Your content and preferences
Lists, channel selections, preferences, and other material you create in Atlyst remain yours. You grant us the license needed to store and display them back to you and to operate the Service.
6. Affiliate links
Atlyst may display links to books and products mentioned in episodes, including Amazon links. Atlyst may participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program; as an Amazon Associate, Atlyst earns from qualifying purchases. Affiliate participation never changes what content is surfaced or how it is ranked.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Statistics, scores, and AI-generated summaries may contain errors and are not professional, financial, or investment advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlyst and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
